Insectrox Commander, known as Insectrox in Infestation adventure, is a Maxis-made captain present in Spore Galactic Adventures. It is a quadrupedal omnivore.
It possesses the Saginaughty mouth, Backskritcher feet, Keratinhorn and Reapermantis weapons, and Bone Tablets details. It is cloth with Bladed Knuckles, Compact Battery, Power Generator, and Stam-Booster captain parts.
The Insectrox has a striking resemblance and likewise reference to a 2005 creature, Tick.
Galactic Adventures
Insectrox Commander is featured in both Maxis adventures: Infestation and the downloadable alternative, Infestation - Dronox Invasion. Insectrox are a species that are controlled by the Grox and are used in the conquering of planets. They are produced in low numbers by infection pods launched by the Grox. The Insectrox fight alongside Dronox and Mites.
